Quick Description This conference is a one-day event that provides students the opportunity to learn about MASC and their role within their home school's Student Council and/or Government Association. Students will learn about running meetings, effective public speaking, communication, project planning, parliamentary procedure, icebreakers, and so much more. They will even hold a mock general assembly meeting. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.
Workshop topics will include: Running meetings, planning events and involving your student body in school and district decision-making. A student service learning project that combines will support the 2006-2007 MASC state charity, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
